Deposit for Reservations

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.  We request a 50% deposit of your total stay, with a minimum deposit of one night.  A confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you once we have received your deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel all or a portion of your visit we will gladly refund your deposit if you have notified us by the cancellation date, 14 days prior to your arrival date.    If you must cancel all or a portion of your visit with less than 14 days notice you are responsible for the duration of your stay unless we are able to re-rent the room.  If we re-rent your cancelled room the duration of your stay will be refunded fully. There is a $25 administration fee per room for all cancellations.  Certain group events have different cancellation periods which will be noted in your confirmation letter.  Refunds on deposits for cancelled large parties and events outside the cancellation period may take up to 30 days to process.

Check-In

Check-In is between 3:00 and 6:00 in the afternoon.  For arrival after 6:00 in the evening please make arrangements in advance. 

Check-Out

Check-out is at 10:30.  If you need a later time please let us know, we have some flexibility.

Smoking

The Inn is non smoking as per Maine State Law.  A cleaning fee of $100 will apply for non-compliance.

Pets

We do have several pet friendly rooms.  There is an additional 25$ cleaning fee for these reservations.  As a consideration to our other guests pets are not allowed in the main inn.
